What each operation solves
Merge PDF: combine several documents into one
Combining receipts, invoices and an approval sheet for an expense claim; stitching a cover, body and appendix for a submission; pulling a scan that came out as several files back into one — that's merging. Drop several PDFs at once and every page lines up in the workspace in load order; on export it's a single combined file. You can also add files in stages, checking thumbnails as you go.
Delete pages: keep only what you want
A duplicate scan, an appendix you don't want, an ad page to drop — tick that page's "Delete" box and the new file won't include it. Deletion is just a mark you can undo at any time, and the original file is never touched.
Reorder pages: get the sequence right
Merged files often need rearranging: move the cover to the front, the appendix to the end, or interleave pages from two documents. Drag thumbnails, or use each card's move-up, move-down, move-to-front and move-to-end buttons — pages from different sources can be interleaved freely.
Rotate pages: fix the orientation
Phone photos and scans that went in the wrong way come out lying down or upside-down. Click a page's rotate button to turn it 90° clockwise each tap until it's upright, or use "Rotate all" for a whole batch. The export orientation matches exactly what you see on screen.
When you'd use it
Expense claims and reimbursements, contracts for signing, assignments and reports to hand in, submissions and resumes, filing scanned documents — these often need "combine a few, drop the pages you don't want, get the order right, and straighten the crooked ones" all at once. Rather than shuffling between different websites, do it all in one workspace.
No upload, processed locally
