How do I merge several PDFs into one?
Drop two or more PDFs into the tool, or add them in several goes. All their pages line up in one workspace in load order. Once the order looks right, click "Export new PDF" to download a single merged file. See the how-to guide for step-by-step details.
Are my files uploaded to a server? Is it safe?
No upload, and yes it's safe. From loading, preview, merging, deleting, reordering and rotating to export, everything happens locally in your browser, so your file contents never leave your device over the network.
Can I merge while also deleting, reordering and rotating?
Yes. After loading multiple files, every page sits in the same workspace. You can check pages to delete, drag or use the move buttons to reorder (interleaving across files), and rotate individual pages, then export once.
Can it handle password-protected (encrypted) PDFs?
Password-protected PDFs are not supported yet. Please remove the password with the original tool first, then load the file. Loading a protected file shows a notice and doesn't interrupt other files.
Are there file size or page limits?
Each file is limited to 100 MB and 500 pages; when the merged total is large or a file is big, processing takes a bit longer and the screen shows a note without blocking you. You can load up to 20 PDFs at once.
Does export change the original file? Does it match the screen?
The original file is never changed. Export produces a brand-new PDF containing only the pages not marked for deletion, with the page order and orientation exactly as shown in the thumbnails. The workspace stays after export so you can adjust and export again.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The delete checkboxes, rotate button and the move-up, move-down, move-to-front and move-to-end buttons are all touch-friendly, and you can download the new file straight away or add the tool to your home screen for offline use.
