Merge and organize a PDF in 4 steps

No need to worry on your first try — the whole tool is one workspace: load PDFs in, organize, export. Below we break down each step across merge, delete, reorder, rotate and export.

Step 1: Load PDFs (this step is the merge)

Drag PDFs into the upload area, or click "choose PDF files". To merge, select 2 or more at once, or load one and then use the same upload area to "add another". Each file you load appends all its pages to the end of the workspace, and thumbnails render page by page. The "Loaded PDFs" list at the top shows each file's name and page count, with a different colour per source so you can tell which pages came from which file.

Step 2: Check the pages to delete

Each page card has a "Delete" checkbox in the top corner; tick it and that page is marked for deletion and left out of the export — clicking the thumbnail toggles it too. The top shows a live "N/total pages kept" count. To work in bulk, use the toolbar's "Select all" and then uncheck the ones to keep, or "Invert" to flip the current marks. Deletion is only a mark you can undo, and the original file is never changed.

Step 3: Reorder and straighten pages

Reorder: on a computer, drag the handle on a page card to move it; on phones and tablets use each card's move-up (←), move-down (→), move-to-front (⇤) and move-to-end (⇥) buttons. Pages from two merged documents can be interleaved freely.

Rotate: click a page's rotate button (⟳) to turn it 90° clockwise each tap until upright. If a whole file is sideways, use the toolbar's "Rotate all" to turn every page at once. Thumbnails update live — what you see is what you export.

Step 4: Export the new PDF

Once the order, orientation and kept pages in the thumbnails all look right, click "Export new PDF". The tool assembles the kept pages in the order shown into a new file on your device and downloads it; a single source exports as "{name}-edited.pdf", and a multi-source merge as "merged.pdf". The workspace stays after export, so you can adjust and export again.
